If you have a computer, access to the internet and a fax/scan -
"all in one" printer, you are set to create a direct link to
our office by way of One View.
The link is through a secure portal. Only you
and I will have the passwords to access your data. Through
this portal we can exchange email, store data, organize information and
transmit your tax return information.
To set up your private portal, we need your
written permission. Please complete the "Permission to
Go Green" form with your initials, every place requested, your
signature and the date, and fax it to 541-343-5353. As soon as we
receive your permission we will begin the initial set up. You can then
use this system for preparing your 2008 return.
